This kitchen was completely gutted and reconfigured; Features include a terrazzo and butcher-block island, and glass tile mosaic backsplash. The living room and adjacent three-season room were combined to form one large space featuring a coffered ceiling and a Koa wall that divides the room into a formal living room and a family room.
